For the fibre roll-out in the Neckar-Alb region we are looking for crews and specialist companies, from the cable trench to the asphalt. Continuous call-offs, scope fixed before the start, payment on checked measurement.

What we are looking for

  • Cable civil works crews

    Cable trenches, conduit, sand bed, warning tape, backfill in layers and compaction. With your own crew and experience in fibre roll-out.

  • Excavation companies

    Excavation, earthmoving and building pits with your own machinery, per project or on continuous call-off.

  • Asphalt and paving

    Closing surfaces after cable laying: base course, asphalt, paving, kerbs.

  • Directional drilling and trenching

    Trenchless installation and micro-trenching, per project, when ground or surface call for it.

What you can expect

  • Continuous call-offs

    We build fibre all year. Good work gets the next section, not just a one-off job.

  • Scope fixed before the start

    Scope, interfaces and handover points are in writing before the first excavator moves.

  • Payment on measurement

    Jointly checked measurement, short payment terms, no renegotiation after acceptance.

  • One contact

    You talk to our site management, in German, English or Croatian.

What we need

We check these documents before the first assignment. They do not have to be complete at first contact.

  • Trade registration or commercial register extract

    The company exists and the activity is registered.

  • Exemption certificate under § 48b EStG

    Otherwise we have to withhold 15 percent German construction withholding tax.

  • Public liability insurance

    With cover for civil works, proven by the insurer's confirmation.

  • Clearance certificates

    Health insurance, BG BAU and, where applicable, SOKA-BAU.

  • For posted workers

    A1 certificates and proof of minimum wage.

  • References

    Comparable works from recent years, ideally with photos.
